Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Ascend does not offer international shipping and is unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

Ascend is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather conditions or any other hazardous conditions impeding delivery deadlines. If there are any issues we will immediately notify you of your order status.
Return & Exchange Policy
Ascend products are designed for comfort and performance, so if you're unsatisfied with our product, no worries we have you covered. Products may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date if they are unworn and unwashed (invoice required). Shipping costs will not be refunded, only the price of the product. All sale items and products purchased are final and not returnable.
